Air conditioning issues certainly dented comfort!!! Elevators definitely need urgent upgrades. an old, slow elevator is not ideal!!! Having cleaning staff occupy the elevator space unwillingly could use better management!!! I felt apprehensive about safety too!!!

We had a lovely clean room with blackout blinds that kept the light out, great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh fruit and pastries just hit the spot.
